Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Bubblemint X LLC, 445 Hamilton Avenue, Suite 700, White Plains, NY 10601 ("the Promoter"). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any venue or festival named in the entry form.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition, may not enter. Entry is void where prohibited by law. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure they are eligible to attend their chosen show.

3. How to enter

Enter free of charge at guestlist.jameshype.com by completing the entry form. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Entries remain open for the duration of the 2026 season and there is no fixed closing date; to be considered for a particular show, an entry must be received before that show's draw, which takes place approximately 7 days beforehand. The Promoter may close the competition at any time by removing the entry form from guestlist.jameshype.com. Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

4. The prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) guestlist place for themselves plus one (1) guest (two people in total) at a James Hype show in 2026.

The specific show is subject to availability, venue capacity, and the approval of the relevant venue, festival, or promoter. Where a winner's preferred show cannot be accommodated, the Promoter will offer a reasonable alternative James Hype show. Guestlist placement at residency, festival, or third-party events is granted at the discretion of, and subject to the terms of, the relevant venue or festival.

The show and date allocated to a winner are final. Guestlist places cannot be moved, exchanged, deferred, or swapped to a different date, venue, or show at the winner's request. If a winner is unable to attend the show they have been allocated, their place lapses and no alternative date will be offered.

The prize covers entry to the show only. Travel, accommodation, transfers, food, drink, and any other costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be resold. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Admission remains subject to the venue's own admission policy, including minimum age, valid photo ID, dress code, and capacity. The name on the guestlist must match the name on the photo ID presented at the door — this applies to the winner and to their guest. Names cannot be changed or substituted at the door, and anyone whose ID does not match the name on the list may be refused entry. A guestlist place does not guarantee entry if the winner or their guest does not meet the venue's conditions or arrives after the venue's guestlist cut-off time.

5. Winner selection & notification

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries approximately 7 days before each show. Winners will be notified by email (to the address given on entry) at that time. A winner must respond and confirm their details within 3 days of notification, and in any event before the show; if they do not, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.

6. Data protection

Personal data submitted on entry is processed by the Promoter in line with the James Hype privacy policy. By entering and ticking the marketing consent box, entrants agree to join the James Hype mailing list and may receive emails about music, shows, and ticket pre-sales. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link in any email.

7. General

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Entry confirms acceptance of these terms.
